Tout est isolé dans `packages/ui/src/markdown.tsx` : pour le retirer, supprimer ce fichier, la dépendance `markdansi` et remplacer `<Markdown />` par `<Text>` dans `components.tsx`. Le texte en cours de streaming reste brut ; la mise en forme apparaît quand la réponse est terminée. `MAIA_NO_MARKDOWN=1` désactive le rendu sans toucher au code, et un échec de `markdansi` retombe sur le texte brut.
